At Women's Stio Second Turn, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original condition with tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures your high-performance apparel finds its perfect fit or returns to our inventory with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
